Description
The HRL Student Leadership Excellence fund provides support to the student leaders who serve in key roles in residential communities at Seattle University. Students serve as front desk coordinators, desk assistants, resident assistants and housing office service assistants. Within these peer leader roles, students help foster safe, inclusive and enjoyable living environments and offer support through a variety of one-on-one and group interactions and experiences. This fund provides monetary support for ongoing training and development opportunities, resources to aid in hardships that face today’s college students and supplies for appreciation and celebrations among the student leaders for their dedication and efforts in dynamic residential communities.
