Indigenous Peoples Institute

Indigenous Peoples Institute (IPI) supports Native American student success at Seattle University, raises awareness about issues of critical importance to Indigenous peoples, and invites all community members to learn more about how to work in solidarity with Indigenous peoples locally and globally.

Your gift to IPI helps us achieve our foremost priorities:

  • Indigenous Student Engagement – Providing scholarships, active mentorship and advising, and culturally relevant community events and professional development opportunities.
  • Campus Programming and Cultural Events – Public lectures and performances by prominent Indigenous scholars, artists, and community leaders.
  • Community Engagement – Co-sponsorship of campus and regional events and alumni engagement opportunities.

Your investment ensures the success of Indigenous students at Seattle U, and we are grateful for your support as we collectively strengthen the next generations of Indigenous leaders.
