Support Seattle U Global Initiatives
Seattle University’s Regional Initiatives in Africa, India and Central America challenge students to experience the world through the lens of other cultures, languages and traditions. Through study abroad, internships, field research and service projects our students gain deeper self-awareness and develop new skills. They also make a positive difference in their host communities. Approximately 150 students are engaged this year in projects including sustainable power generation, microenterprise development, women’s empowerment, clean water and environmental preservation. Our goal is to make these boundary-stretching international encounters available to every student by providing the financial assistance they need in order to participate.
