Did you miss Seattle U Gives 2022? You can still make an impact today!
Sports Medicine & Strength and Conditioning

As an integrated Health and Performance Team consisting of Sports Medicine and Strength and Conditioning, we have the unique opportunity to work hands-on with our 350+ student athletes across all sports. Seattle University's hand-in-hand approach aims to enable all students to increase self-awareness and performance capacity, as well as foster mental and physical resiliency. To accomplish these objectives we apply a science-based platform that focuses on innovation, education and empowerment.
Your support is crucial in developing our holistic vision. Your gift will be used for facility upgrades, such as new flooring in the weight room, new technology to increase data collection for injury prevention and increased performance, and continued education for our healthcare providers and coaches alike.

We hold high standards surrounding our student athletes' experience, and that is why we need, appreciate, and are honored and motivated by your support! The generosity you provide impacts every single student-athlete's life, here at SU and beyond.

Thank you from the Redhawks Health and Performance Team.

Go Redhawks!
