In keeping with the Jesuit tradition of cura personalis, Seattle University’s division of Student Development is committed to developing each student as a whole person—mind, body, and spirit. This includes providing resources and support when students are challenged and opportunities for students to lead as men and women for, and with, others.
Through the Office of Multicultural Affairs (OMA), we provide opportunities for engagement through programs and services focused on amplifying the voices of those historically minoritized, interrogating dynamics of power and privilege, and pursuing social justice. By contributing to OMA, you support students by fostering a community of care that works toward justice and ensuring all students can meet their most basic needs.
